Competency Assessments

A Competency based assessment seeks to determine whether a person can conduct a single task or group of tasks and how well they conduct them.

We recognise that the most accurate way to determine a person’s competency is to assess them on their knowledge and skills during an on-the-job situation.

Assessments available for: Traffic Controllers, STMS's, Class 2 Drivers and Machinery Operators
